Carolyn McGuire

Back in 2004, Carolyn was an overweight exotic animal trainer who started Spinning to get the pounds off. And she never stopped! Now Carolyn is a fitness fanatic who puts the pedal to the metal -- but also brings a high level of artistry to her classes. Carolyn strives to share her art with others and guide her students to discover joy and success. And, when she's not helping you find your inner chi, Carolyn still likes to canoodle with her old friends - lions and tigers and bears. Oh, my!
